Introduction
This Agreement is designed to establish a fair and efficient process for resolving disputes that may arise between Tax and Services and its clients, vendors, or any other parties engaged in business relationships with the company.
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a fair and transparent mechanism for the resolution of any disputes that may arise between Users and Tax and Services concerning the use of the Website, legal services provided, or any related matters.
Key Provisions
Negotiation
The Parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through negotiation. Either Party may initiate the negotiation process by providing written notice to the other Party, outlining the nature of the dispute and proposed solutions.
Mediation
If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within a reasonable time, the Parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation. A mutually agreed-upon mediator will facilitate the process, with the goal of reaching a resolution satisfactory to both Parties.
Arbitration
